Below table displays the hearing cost with regards the standard procedure. Please note an hearing will only take place if either or both parties requested this at the time the case was registered for e-Court litigation. Hence the hearing cost as displayed is only payble if such situation exists, i.e the total cost when one party requested a hearing with 50% of the total costs when both parties requested a hearing and duration of the hearing is no longer than two hours. When upon agreement by all involved parties a video conference is requested, in lieu of a physical meeting place, using FREE Skype, hearing costs shall be discounted by 10 % .
